9 Principles, 12 Values

The 9 Principles

1. America Is Good.
2. I believe in God and He is the Center of my Life.

3. I must always try to be a more honest person than I was yesterday.
Honesty “I hope that I shall always possess firmness and virtue enough to maintain what I consider to be the most enviable of all titles, the character of an honest man.” George Washington
4. The family is sacred. My spouse and I are the ultimate authority, not the government.
Marriage/Family “It is in the love of one’s family only that heartfelt happiness is known. By a law of our nature, we cannot be happy without the endearing connections of a family.” Thomas Jefferson
5. If you break the law you pay the penalty. Justice is blind and no one is above it.

6. I have a right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, but there is no guarantee of equal results.

“Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) is asking the New Jersey Supreme Court to stop a tea party-led effort to recall him from office.

His office announced Monday evening that Menendez was appealing to the state’s highest court to rule that the recall effort is unconstitutional since the U.S. Constitution does not explicitly allow for the recall of sitting U.S. senators.

“Mainstream New Jerseyans believe deeply in the U.S. Constitution, which for more than 200 years has made ours the greatest form of government in world history,” said Afshin Mohamadi, a Menendez spokesman. “This attack on the Constitution undermines our uniquely American system of democracy and will be contested. It would be deceiving to the electorate to pursue a process that ultimately would be nullified by the Constitution.”

The move comes several weeks after a state appeals court—citing New Jersey law allowing for the recall of statewide elected officials—ruled that the case could move forward.

“The lower court declined to decide the fundamental matter at hand, and this is why we are appealing and hope that the New Jersey Supreme Court addresses this important issue,” said Mohamadi. “In the meantime, Senator Menendez continues to be focused squarely on his work in the Senate to help create jobs, ease the burden on family budgets and provide tax relief to those who need it most.”

Even if the court rules in favor of the recall effort, organizers face considerable hurdles in the months ahead. To put the recall on a statewide ballot, organizers must obtain 1.3 million voter signatures — about a quarter of New Jersey’s electorate.

Menendez and his allies have blasted the effort, with state Democratic Party Chairman John Wisniewski suggesting last month that the campaign is racially motivated.

It is time to check the laws in your own state and start your own recall before they do more damage like “Cap and Trade” etc.

Is this the time for a violent revolution?

NO! If you revert to violence against the governments,  President Obama, the whitehouse minions, and the democratic congress will use it to discredit you and any organization you belong to.

  1. Now is the time for cool heads.
  2. Now is the time to get involved in you local precincts.  Run out the liberals in your local precincts and lets start a grass roots movement from the ground up.
  3. Now is the time to oust the old guard in the two parties.  Both the Democratic and Republican parties have been hijacked by narcissistic greedy politicians.
  4. Take a page from the Democrats playbook. Now is the time to sue your congressman, money is the only thing they understand. Make them spend their money to defend themselves until they are broke.

NO RETREAT, NO SURRENDER!

NO RETREAT, NO SURRENDER is what every no nonsense American should be saying and living when it comes to President Obama and the Congress.

Let’s be very honest here, all of them are not clean as the driven snow.  It is time to start working to remove them all in November 2010.

You say, you can’t do that, some of congress does not come up for re-election until 2012. This is a false defeatist statement. You must believe in NO RETREAT, NO SURRENDER. As citizens we can file in our own state to have congressman recalled from congress. So get informed and get involved, start a petition in your state to have your congressman to be recalled.

We must live by NO RETREAT, NO SURRENDER when it comes to the fascist US government trying to enslave us and remove our personal liberties:

  • Healthcare Bill
  • Cap and Trade
  • Giving the President the Authority to shut down the internet.
